Carolina Lam Joins Wagner Realty's Lakewood Ranch Office
Lakewood Ranch – Wagner Realty is proud to announce that Carolina Lam has joined their family of real estate professionals. Carolina brings a rich background in education and a passion for investment properties to the team, making her a valuable addition to the Wagner Realty community.
Born and raised in Peru, Carolina has spent the last 22 years in the United States, where she pursued her educational dreams with determination and success. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Sciences and furthered her education with a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Florida International University in Miami. With her strong academic background and professional experience, Carolina decided to channel her skills into the real estate industry, obtaining her real estate license in 2021.
"I am thrilled to join Wagner Realty, a company known for its stability and the long-term dedication of its agents," said Carolina. "I'm excited to contribute to the team and help my customers achieve their real estate goals, particularly in the area of residential and investment properties. With my ability to fluently speak Spanish, I am hoping to help families with their housing needs."
In addition to her professional pursuits, Carolina values her family life deeply. She is a devoted wife and mother to two daughters, ages 14 and 17, who are currently attending High School. Outside of real estate, Carolina enjoys staying active with Zumba dancing and expresses her creativity through jewelry making.
