David Eckel is the President, Broker and Owner of Wagner Realty. David prides himself in being available to all agents. Polly Gaar

Vice President

Vice President - Polly is a past-president of the Manatee Association of Realtors and the 2001 Florida Association of Realtors District 13 Vice President. She is one of Wagner Realty’s trainers and an expert in real estate contracts and risk management. Learn more about Polly Gaar.

Steve McGonagle

Corporate Director

Stephen McGonagle began his real estate career in the early 1980’s with the Commercial Division of Stovroff & Herman Realtors in Buffalo, N.Y. In addition to commercial real estate sales, his main focus was on property management, and condominium conversions. In 2012, Stephen joined Wagner Realty, and currently serves as Broker Associate / Corporate Director.

Natalie Russell

Operations Manager

Natalie Russell is the Operations Manager. Natalie keeps the office running smoothly and efficiently. She oversees administrative staff members and is responsible for the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures. Natalie promotes a company culture that encourages morale and performance.
