Wagner Realty is pleased to welcome Carol Codella, REALTOR to our Anna Maria Island office. Carol has more than 40 years of experience in the real estate business.
With a background as a paralegal, she is educated in real estate law, mortgages, and negotiation skills to give her customers a stress-free buying or selling process. As an experienced real estate agent, she has the ability to look at a home, see its potential, and then market the property for the best price.
Over the years, Carol has earned numerous professional awards for performance, integrity, and sales volume. In 2022 and 2023, she won the coveted 5-Star Professional Award given to only ten percent of all agents in both Manatee and Sarasota counties.
