Sarasota, FL March 20 - REALTOR Liliya Chegrintseva has joined Wagner Realty's First Street Sarasota Office and will be providing real estate services in the Manatee and Sarasota County areas.
She is fluent in both Ukrainian and Russian. Liliya moved to the United States and settled in Portland, Oregon where she enjoyed her eight-year career as a licensed esthetician.
Liliya always dreamed of coming to warmer climate and jumping into the aqua-blue waters of the Gulf Coast of Florida. In July 2022, she followed her dream, packed up and moved to the Sarasota area, where she became immediately attracted with real estate. She obtained her Florida real estate license in November 2022.
"I wanted to be associated with an established, well-known company that encouraged community involvement," Liliya says. "The warm welcome I received from the agents at the Sarasota office was just what I needed to make my decision to join the Wagner family."
