LAKEWOOD RANCH, FL August 29th – According to the Fall, 2022 Issue of Living Lakewood SRQ Magazine, the readers have spoken. They voted Rick Chang, REALTOR with Wagner Realty as the LWR Best Lakewood Ranch REALTOR specializing in working with international as well as domestic customers.
Born in Nanjng, China, Rick grew up in Sao Paulo, Brazil. He came to the United State to attend College and received his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) degree with a minor in economics. Rick speaks five major Chinese dialects, is fluent in Portuguese, and adequate in Spanish. He has been in the hospitality business for most of his life and is now very passionate about real estate, tennis, golf, and fitness. His motto is "If it is out there, I will find it. There is no task too difficult, and I am the deal maker agent. If it is humanly possible, I will get it done," said Chang.
