Becky Smith to Manage Wagner Realty's Longboat Key Office

LONGBOAT KEY, FL, February 23, 2022 – Becky Smith, Broker Associate has been named new Branch Manager for Wagner Realty's Longboat Key Office, located at 5360 Gulf of Mexico Drive, Ste 101, on Longboat Key. Becky will be taking the helm as her predecessor, Dia Wilson has transitioned to concentrate full time on her real estate business.
Becky joined Wagner Realty in October of 2002, and quickly achieved multiple top sales and listings awards. She served on the REALTOR Association of Sarasota & Manatee (RASM) Professional Standards Committee. Becky brings more than twenty years of managerial real estate skills to this position and still manages the Wagner Realty Anna Maria Island Office.
Originally from Mishawaka, Indiana, Becky and her family moved to Anna Maria Island in 1988, so she considers the area islands her home.
