BRADENTON, FL, September 9, 2021 – REALTOR Del Carr has joined Wagner Realty's El Conquistador, Bradenton Office as a licensed REALTOR®. Del was born and raised in northern Virginia before migrating to Florida. He was an Associate Professor for sixteen years in the Physical Therapist Assistant Program at the State College of Florida (SCF). He also was a practicing Physical Therapist in the Sarasota and Bradenton area. After retiring from SCF, his desire to help people continued, but went in another direction, following in his sister's footsteps in becoming a Florida REALTOR. Del will be providing caring residential real estate listing and sales services throughout Manatee and Sarasota area including the Tampa Bay region.
In his spare time, he enjoys anything that involves the outdoors. He is an avid hiker and backpacker, not to mention spending time on the beautiful gulf coast beaches.
