Press Release: Jay Holland of Wagner Realty Earns Broker-Associate Status
Bradenton, FL. August 6, 2021 – Jay Holland, a real estate agent at the SR 64 East, Bradenton office of locally-owned Wagner Realty has obtained professional status as a Broker-Associate in the state of Florida.

A graduate of the University of Florida, with a BS in Food and Resource Economics, Jay spent the years immediately following college in the Agriculture Industry. As a knowledgeable negotiator, Jay remains dedicated to researching potential properties, provide answers needed to make decisions, as well as negotiation of terms and pricing to successfully complete a real estate transaction.
Jay Holland is a 4th generation, Floridian-born and raised in Manatee County. Over the years, Jay has watched the Manatee/Sarasota area grow and prosper. From back roads to highways, from the Manatee River to the Gulf of Mexico, Jay has helped numerous buyers and/or sellers explore the many possibilities and options available for a specific transaction. His drive and dedication to outstanding performance allow him to excel in the fast-paced real estate market without sacrificing quality and details.
Holland is a member of the Sarasota Manatee Association of Realtors (RASM). He is a Certified Military Specialist and recently received his Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) Certification. He was inducted into the Wagner Realty's 2020 President's Circle.
