Traci HansonBRADENTON, FL March 15, 2021 – Traci Hanson has recently joined Wagner Realty's Anna Maria Island Office as a licensed REALTOR®. She will be providing residential real estate listing and sales services throughout Manatee and Sarasota Counties.

Raised in East Texas, Traci became an entrepreneur by starting several businesses in different industries while raising her three children with her husband of twenty-nine years. They often vacationed on Anna Maria Island and always dreamed of moving to warmer climate. That dream came true when they moved to Ruskin, Florida in 2012.  Eventually they migrated to Bradenton, and can now enjoy the gulf beach with their three grandchildren, that include two-year old twin girls. 

Traci's most rewarding experience was volunteering during summers on Cape Cod, near Sandwich, Massachusetts. For five years, she volunteered at a Youth Christian Camp, where she made life-long friends.

Traci is looking forward to helping families with their real estate needs at Wagner Realty.
