LAKEWOOD RANCH, FL - February 19, 2020 – Carol Ann Johnson has joined Wagner Realty's Lakewood Ranch Office as a licensed REALTOR. She is a highly experienced agent who will be providing residential real estate listing and sales services though out the region, with a focus on Lakewood Ranch.
Carol Ann was born and raised in Indianapolis, Indiana where she served a 20-year career as a police officer until her retirement in 2013. The day after she retired, she moved to Florida and bought a condo in Panama City Beach. She earned her real estate license in 2014, secured her CAM license and started a successful property management company for five years.
In 2019 Carol Ann and her husband John moved to Lakewood Ranch, building a home in the Del Webb Community. "I love this community and look forward to contributing on both a professional and personal level" notes Carol Ann, adding "everyone is so happy and friendly here." Carol Ann volunteers at Southeastern Guide Dogs, is a member of the Lakewood Ranch Ladies Newcomer's Club and belongs to Bayside Community Church. In her free time, she enjoys reading, exercising and spending "girl time" with her friends at the LWR Ladies Newcomer's Club.
