Bradenton, FL, August 20, 2019 – Imagine you found your dream job, something you're passionate about and excel at. Now imagine you bring on a business partner, a special   partner - your daughter or son. This dream has come true for ten multi-generational Realtor teams at Wagner Realty, bringing decades of knowledge together to benefit their clients. In honor of Labor Day, Wagner Realty is highlighting some of their parent-child teams who prove that working with family is like hitting a "career jackpot".

The path to these family partnerships varies. For Broker Associate Cindy Greco and her son Realtor Michael Greco, it was lifelong dream. "I've loved the real estate business for 27 years and always wanted one of my children to join me" says Cindy. "Seven years ago, Michael decided to become a Realtor, and we formed 'The Greco Group'. "Our customers have two experts to walk them through the real estate transaction, and we have amazing camaraderie and synergy, supporting each other and our business."

The advantages of working on a team are a key perk for Joan and Julie Oliszewski. They tell clients that they offer the '2 for 1 Special, but the bond is much deeper than that.' "One of us is almost always available," notes Julie, "but for me, one of the biggest gifts of our partnership is simply working with my mother. We've been a team at Wagner Realty for 14 years now and she's an amazing teacher and mentor. I feel blessed."

Another strength of these teams is collective knowledge. Older generations have skills and insights that come from years of experience, while younger generations know current trends and technology. Combined, these become a collective strength that enables businesses to thrive. That's held true for The Royal Team:  Realtor Judy McCauley, her daughter, Broker Associate and Manatee Branch Manager Gina Uliano, and Gina's husband, Realtor Peter Uliano. While Judy has been in the business for 34 years; Gina and Peter each have 19 years of experience. "The business has changed tremendously over the years" says Gina "but the three of us have the shared knowledge, expertise and experience that brings clients smoothly from contract to closing. There's nothing better than working with family!"

Realtors Ruth and MaryAnn Lawler echo those sentiments. "I became licensed when Maryann was 2 ½ years old", notes Ruth, "so she grew up around the business. Now she's been a Realtor for 18 years and her depth of knowledge is incredible. I started before computers and cell phones, but together, our combined expertise is a real advantage to our clients. I'm so proud of Maryann and honored that we work together."

Clients benefit from the flexibility a team offers. Realtors Judy Rup and her daughter Melissa Rodriguez have been working as a team for six years. "Working with my mom provides a level of trust and accountability that's important in the real estate business," notes Melissa, "and we have the added flexibility to arrange our schedules so that we can meet the needs of our customers. It's a win/win!"

Wagner Realty's other exceptional multi-gen teams include: Donna Bucher & Cheryl Carson, Anthony & Chris Constantinou, Carla Ross & Jessica Fisk, Rose Schnoerr & Marla Vignocchi and Tanya & Aubrey Stutzman. The firm also boasts numerous sibling and spouse teams. Why are so many families drawn to Wagner Realty? Cindy Greco thinks she has the answer: "Wagner Realty has a family culture that you just don't see much anymore. People genuinely care about each other here, so it's natural for the company to attract so many family teams. For us, coming to work feels like coming home every day."

As one of the oldest real estate companies in Manatee County, Wagner Realty began operations in 1939. David C. Eckel purchased the company in January 1995 upon the death of Dick Wagner, the company's founder.  Before moving to Florida, Mr. Eckel was president and stockholder of one of the largest real estate companies in New York State, ranked among the 50 largest real estate companies in the USA.

Wagner Realty is locally owned and operated and is one of the largest real estate companies in the region. Every year, for more than 20 years, Wagner Realty has been voted "Favorite Real Estate Company" by readers of the local newspaper. The company serves the entire Sarasota/Manatee region with more than 220 agents in eight offices. Wagner offers global reach as well, through its membership in The Leading Real Estate Companies of the World, a broker network serving every US state and more than 50 countries. Wagner agents help buyers and sellers worldwide.

Wagner has attracted an impressive group of agents and managers, including brokers who owned another brokerage, were past presidents of the local Realtor Associations, or served as past Vice Presidents of the Florida Realtor Association. New agents who join Wagner enjoy comprehensive training, and experienced agents find the company a refreshing and productive place to call "home."
