Lisa Marie Allen has joined Wagner Realty's Anna Maria Island Office as an experienced, licensed REALTOR® and NY licensed Associate Broker. Lisa Marie is a lifelong Floridian, who's lived locally for more than 40 years.
Ms. Allen earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Speech and Communication at the University of Florida Gainesville and was a Graduate Fellow at the University of Florida Natural Resources Leadership Institute. Wagner Realty's Carol Codella Takes 1st Place in Senior Golf Division at Gulf Coast Games for Life
Carol Codella, REALTOR® with Wagner Realty's Anna Maria Island Office took 1st place in the Senior Golf Division at the Gulf Coast Games for Life on January 14th, 2024.
Despite the poor weather conditions, consisting of cold, heavy rain and poor visibility, Carol was able to win her age division in the Senior Games qualifying her to play in December for the State Title. She has won the local qualifier for the last six years and won the Florida State Senior Golf Title three times in a row.
Carol also has more than forty years of real estate experience. Over the years, Carol has earned numerous professional real estate awards for performance, integrity, and sales volume.
